Welcome to Season 4!

This season we are taking a deep dive into Dynamic Competence, exploring how we can expand this work into new ways of living our daily lives. This work is not always easy, but can be truly fulfilling, allowing us to better relate to the situations we find ourselves in and encouraging us to take on the hard work we all need to do.

We want to thank all of you for encouraging us to get back to podcasting now that we are in the middle of 2026 now. We have seen some interesting times since out last podcast. Both Tom and Susan have grandchildren, and lots of things have changed in our lives and work. But this is nothing compared to what we have experienced in our global community. So many things call on us to use our own dynamic competence to regain our agency, our sense of community in these crazy times.
