In podcast 10, we talk with Lucas Molleman, Ph.D. about his 2020 research paper with his colleagues at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development. We explore the impact of social information on us and how we respond to our peers' opinions. We will also discuss what might be some of the cognitive mechanisms that we use in evaluating this information. We'll also talk about why change seems to work better when it is incremental.
