In today’s world, organizations are under increasing pressure to
adapt to constant fluctuations in global markets, changes in
governmental and educational priorities, and increasing diversity. The
ability of these organizations to thrive and grow in this dynamic
environment is truly related to their awareness of their own systems,
flexibility in collaboration with other interest, and the development
and execution of feasible and sound actionable responses. As a result,
these organizations are looking for innovative ways to prepare their
staff and leadership for these challenges. To this end,
Dynamic Competence, LLC has created programs to support these key
leaders and consultants in developing new solutions for the client
groups and parent organizations. These solutions are based on the
simple premise that the most powerful tool for change is an
understanding of how we think about ourselves and the world around us.
Dynamic
Competence, LLC was founded by three individuals who shared the common
vision of a "universal model" which would enable any individual, team,
organization, or company to achieve great and innovative solutions in
the most dynamic and changing times. They recognized from their
combined experiences in business, non profit, education, research,
consulting and government, that successful leaders and managers were
those who could think clearly and creatively in any dynamic situation.
The trio set out to identify the key elements that lead to the success
of these outstanding performers. Over the past three years, they have
identified three interlocking elements that clearly explain how
individuals can enhance their ability to "improve their thinking" in
dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
These key elements
not only enable people to deepen their understanding of situations and
to develop effective solutions, but also to enhance their ability to
effectively execute and successfully achieve their goals. This ability
for people to perceive and process information with clarity and
accuracy and to achieve their desired outcomes in highly dynamic and
rapidly changing environments is called Cognitive Competence ®.
